Mark Milner, Chief Executive Officer, bought 8,315 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 28 November 2025 at an average of 298.40 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 458,664 which represent 0.51% of the issued share capital with voting rights.

 Also, Gordon Hurst, Chair, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 28 November 2025 at an average of 301.20 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 40,000 which represent 0.04% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
