Wildcat Gold Plc ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update on the Company's proposed admission to trading of its ordinary shares of £0.000028 each ("Admission") to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, Access Segment ("Aquis Growth Market").

The Company has appointed Guild Financial Advisory Limited in connection with the application for Admission.
