Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions worldwide, is pleased to announce that it will hold its AGM on 30 December 2025 at 10am at Westminster House, Blacklocks Hill, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17 2BS.

Notice of the meeting together with the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts will be released and sent to Shareholders in December.
