The Weir Group PLC hereby announces that Paul Coppinger, Divisional Managing Director for the Oil & Gas Division, holds 18,268 shares in The Weir Group PLC through nominee accounts.  Paul has also been granted options under the Weir Group Long Term Incentive Plan over 9,156 Performance Shares in 2012, 8,640 Performance Shares in 2013 and 12,209 Performance Shares and 4,440 Restricted Shares in 2014.  Under the Weir Group Deferred Bonus Plan, Paul was granted a conditional award of 1,331 Matching Shares and 1,331 Strategic Shares in 2012 and 855 Matching Shares and 855 Strategic Shares in 2013.
