The Weir Group PLC hereby announces that Kevin Spencer, Divisional Managing Director for the Minerals Division, holds 14,555 shares in The Weir Group PLC through a nominee account and 373 shares in The Weir Group PLC directly.  Kevin has also been granted options under the Weir Group Long Term Incentive Plan over 12,214 Performance Shares in 2010, 7,501 Performance Shares in 2011 and 6,308 Performance Shares in 2012.
