The Company announces that Keith Cochrane, Chief Executive, transferred 82,882 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration to his spouse on 27 March 2012.

Keith Cochrane's total beneficial interests are 203,540 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
