Wärtsilä Corporation Company announcement 27 April 2012 at 11 am EET

Wärtsilä has been informed that Investor AB through its subsidiary Aktiebolaget Navigare purchased 1,974,000 Wärtsilä shares on 26 April 2012. The joint ownership of Fiskars Group and Investor AB now exceeds 1/5 (20%) of the company's votes. Following the transaction Fiskars Group and Investor AB together own 40,317,168 shares or 20.44% of Wärtsilä's share capital and votes.
