Cancellation of Treasury Shares

In accordance with LR12.6.4, Vp plc advises that, on 28 March 2013, it cancelled from treasury 6,030,747 ordinary shares.

Following the above cancellation, Vp plc holds none of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 40,154,253 ordinary shares in issue.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the rules.
