The Remuneration Committee has approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors: JFG Pilkington - 116,200 notional shares, NA Stothard - 83,000 shares and AM Bainbridge - 56,100 shares.

The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2016.
