VietNam Holding Limited ('the Company')

VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that as at close of business on 31 October 2008, its unaudited net asset value per share was US$ 1.080.

The 20.2% drop in NAV for October slightly bettered the performance of the VNI and HaSTC indices, which decreased by 24.0% and 22.7% respectively. Volumes were high for the month in reaction to widespread selling due to apprehension over the global economy. On a more positive note, the markets were encouraged by a rally at the end of the month.
