The following amendment has been made to the "Notification of Transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)" announcement released on 8 April 2026 at 1:00pm under RNS No 6765Z.

The shares being subscribed for by Directors as part of the Refinancing are expected to be admitted to trading on 9 April 2026.

The notation of "PDMR" has been removed from Non-Executive Directors.

All other details remain unchanged, the full amended text is shown below.

Notification of Transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Videndum plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement of the Refinancing on 10 March, in which the Directors set out an intention to participate in the Refinancing by way of a direct subscription for shares when the Company had exited its Full Year results closed period, is notifying the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares undertaken by Directors and PDMRs. The shares being subscribed for by Directors as part of the Refinancing are expected to be admitted to trading on 9 April 2026.
