Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, makes the following announcement in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (596/2014EU), which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in respect of ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
LTIP Awards
On 31 March 2026, awards over Ordinary Shares ("FY26 LTIP Awards") were made under the Victorian Plumbing Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). Following the making of the FY26 LTIP Awards, the Ordinary Share interests of the under-noted Directors have changed.
The FY26 LTIP Awards, made for nil consideration, were:
(a) for Mark Radcliffe, options granted with an exercise price equivalent to the nominal value of an Ordinary Share; and
(b) for Daniel Barton, nil cost options.

*Mark Radcliffe's award was pro-rated to reflect the Board changes effective 1 April 2026, pursuant to his transition from Chief Executive Officer to Non‑Executive Founder Director.
The vesting of the FY26 LTIP Awards is subject to the following targets:
(a) 62.5% is subject to an adjusted diluted earnings per share target; and
(b) 37.5% is subject to continued employment,
both measured over the three-year performance period ending 30 September 2028. A two-year holding period will apply following the vesting date.
DBP Award
Further, on 31 March 2026, Stephnie Judge (Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Designate at the date of grant), was granted an award ("FY26 DBP Award") under the Victorian Plumbing Group plc Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
The maximum number of Ordinary Shares subject to the nil cost options granted under the FY26 DBP Award is 277,866.
The vesting of the FY26 DBP Award is subject to Company performance targets measured over the twelve-month performance period ending 30 September 2026, with vesting occurring in three tranches over the two-year period following the date when measurement of the performance targets have been confirmed.
There were 328,769,068 Ordinary Shares in issue at the time of this notification (not including those Ordinary Shares which may be issued in accordance with the FY26 LTIP Awards or FY26 DBP Award).
