Director Appointment

Meme Vault PLC (AQSE: MEME) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachelle Roesler to the board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Rachelle has over 20 years of experience driving transformative change, optimising profitability, and integrating technologies across sectors. She is currently a consultant to the director of planning and budgeting at TAQA Group (The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company). Prior to this, she served as a strategic finance business partner, consulting to the director of finance at Tonomus, a subsidiary of NEOM, providing direction and guidance to the finance, planning and budgeting team during the start-up phase. Rachelle also spent several years working for LUSH in their UAE office, initially as a financial controller & systems manager, before being promoted to the position of regional finance business partner for the GCC in 2018.

Rachelle Roesler does not hold any ordinary shares or convertible securities in Meme Vault.
