Further to the statement on 24 March 2016, Urban&Civic plc announces that Jon Austen will cease to be a director of Urban&Civic plc with effect from 1 July 2016. 

As previously announced, David Wood will be appointed as Finance Director, such appointment taking effect on 1 July 2016.   No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
