Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 27^th March 2015 of the following share transaction by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.

Robert Adair has entered into an agreement to charge 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company to Equities First Holdings LLC as security in connection with a loan.

In addition, 1,655,779 Ordinary Shares are held in Funds at Lloyds with the Corporation of Lloyds to support the insurance underwriting of limited liability partnerships in which he is interested.

Further to this transaction, Robert Adair's total beneficial interest remains at 4,254,386 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 2.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company. 

This transaction took place in London on 27^th March 2015.
