In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R ("DTR"), the Company notifies the market that as at 31 August 2026:

 

1.   The Company's issued share capital comprised 178,773,367 ordinary shares of 25p with each share carrying the right to vote.

 

2.   There are no shares held in treasury.

 

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 178,773,367.

 

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTR.
