Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces that on 16 April 2026, Iain Percival, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 4621 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 67.6p which were purchased under the Company's Dividend Re-Investment Plan. 

On 14 April 2026, Clive Watson, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, acquired 973 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71.4p which were purchased under the Company's Dividend Re-Investment Plan. 

Following these transactions, Mr. Percival and Mr. Watson have a beneficial interest of 525,652 and 117,451 Ordinary Shares in the Company respectively.
