The Company has been informed today that, Geoff Budd, Executive Director and his wife Nicole Budd, today both sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Trifast ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58p each. Following this sale, Geoff Budd has a beneficial interest of 307,264 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
