Travis Perkins PLC : Director/PDMR Shareholding

In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by a one-off lump sum.

The board of the Company has been notified on 5 February 2015 of the purchase by Andrew Harrison, PDMR, of 8 Partnership Shares at a price of 1946p, on the 4th February 2015. As a result of which Mr Harrison has the beneficial interest of 90,770 shares which represent <0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
