Trainline plc ("Trainline") announces that during the period between 21 September 2026 and 25 September 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and on Multilateral Trading Facilities through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Purchases were affected pursuant to the £100 million share purchase programme announced by Trainline on 11 September 2026 (the "Programme") and in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Trainline:

The Company has purchased 1,663,795 ordinary shares under the Programme since it commenced, representing £3,326,326.

Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 345,475,107. Trainline does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The figure of 345,475,107 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
