TPXimpact announces £16 million contract with the Ministry of Justice

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), a leading digital transformation partner, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the successful bidder for a £16 million, 2-year contract with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

Following a competitive tender process, the Company has been awarded Product Team Bench Model Services. This award builds upon TPXimpact's existing work within the Ministry of Justice, supporting His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service to deliver digital transformation across Probation Services.

Modernising legal aid and wider justice digital services

TPXimpact's contract will see a range of multidisciplinary product teams deployed to support transformation programmes in the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) and other service transformation programmes across the wider MoJ estate.

Our people will work alongside LAA and Justice Digital teams to drive modernisation across the estate including the replacement of complex legacy systems and delivery of advanced legal aid experiences to benefit users of the agency's services such as citizens, case workers and legal aid providers. We will help to build resilient, adaptable tools and systems that support operational changes while protecting sensitive public data.

The work will support Justice Digital and the LAA to continue delivering on their strategic priorities for 2026-2029 as part of a wider £350m investment in building a world-class justice system that addresses system pressures and improves outcomes for all justice users.

New business progressing well

This £16 million award brings total new business for the first two months of FY27 to £31 million. This follows a series of new win announcements and contract uplifts in the last quarter of FY26 - DEFRA (£39 million), NHS England (£22 million) and HMLR (£11 million).

Björn Conway, Chief Executive Officer of TPXimpact, commented:

"This award from the Ministry of Justice will enable us to help on a number of service transformations in the Legal Aid Agency and across their other agencies. We are thrilled to be working with the Ministry of Justice and appreciate the trust they have placed in us to support their ongoing transformation efforts. Our teams are certainly up for the challenge! After a strong Q4, our £31m of new contract wins in the first 2 months of this year underpins TPXimpact's strong growth trajectory."
