("TPXimpact", or the "Group", or the "Company")
TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), a leading technology-enabled services company focused on people-powered digital transformation, provides a trading update for the half year ended 30 September 2026 ("H1").
The Group has made great progress over H1, with strong demand and client-focused delivery driving record levels of revenue and adjusted EBITDA over the period. The Group has also seen a corresponding reduction in net debt well ahead of previous expectations.
Subject to any final period end closing adjustments, the Group currently expects to report for H1:
● Revenue of at least £57.0m (H1 FY26: £36.2m), representing at least 57% year on year growth;
● Adjusted EBITDA* of at least £7.5m (H1 FY26: £3.2m), representing at least 134% year on year growth;
● Adjusted EBITDA* margin of ~13% (H1 FY26: 8.8%);
● Strengthened balance sheet with net cash as at 30 September 2026 of £1.0m (vs FY27 opening position of £4.2m net debt) - a significant acceleration against the previous guidance of eliminating net debt by the end of FY27.
Strategic position: Trading momentum continues; guidance upgraded
The Board is very pleased with the continued progress demonstrated by the Group in H1. Trading momentum has remained strong in the period and the Group continues to benefit from investments in the account management, marketing and growth functions. TPXimpact continues to see high levels of client engagement and demand for the Company’s services across its core markets remains robust.
As relationships with customers continue to deepen, the Group is seeing improved visibility in its pipeline and greater clarity over future workstreams. Given the strength of trading delivered in H1, together with the visibility afforded by contracted work as well as opportunities for the remainder of this financial year, the Board is providing the following update to FY27 guidance:
● Revenue of at least £105m (previous guidance was for healthy double-digit revenue growth year-on-year)
● Adjusted EBITDA* of at least £14m (previous guidance was for adjusted EBITDA of not less than £12m)
Bjorn Conway, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
