Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated August 14, 2025 in respect of an issue by Toyota Credit Canada Inc. of C$300,000,000 3.31 per cent. Notes due August 18, 2028 (the "2028 Notes").

Final Terms dated August 14, 2025 in respect of an issue by Toyota Credit Canada Inc. of C$400,000,000 3.65 per cent. Notes due August 19, 2030 (the "2030 Notes").

Each of the 2028 Notes and the 2030 Notes, respectively, are to be issued under the €60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the 2028 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the 2030 Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 13 September 2024, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 20 September 2024, 7 November 2024, 2 December 2024, 6 February 2025, 9 May 2025, 19 June 2025, 4 July 2025 and 8 August 2025, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
