                           Tottenham Hotspur plc


George Graham and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club ('the Club') have reached a
settlement of their contractual dispute through the Premier League's mediation
procedure conducted by the Sports Dispute Resolution Panel.  The Club will pay
to Mr Graham the gross sum of £750,000.  Both parties would like it to be
known that they wish each other the best for the future in their respective
endeavours.
