HIGH-GRADE ROCK-CHIP GOLD RESULTS FROM SATURN GOLD PROJECT
Primary assay of 38.16 g/t Au and repeat assay of 44.85 g/t Au
Tomahawk Metals Plc (AQSE: TMHK), quoted on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, is pleased to announce assay results from a rock-chip sampling programme completed at the Company's Saturn Gold Project in Western Australia.
● 38.16 g/t Au from rock-chip sample TRC0011, with a repeat assay of 44.85 g/t Au.
● Six of 32 primary samples returned more than 5 g/t Au, including 18.69 g/t, 11.99 g/t, 7.15 g/t, 6.17 g/t and 5.42 g/t Au.
● 15 of 32 samples returned at least 0.5 g/t Au, and 27 of 32 returned Au above the laboratory detection limit.
● Quartz veining and associated historical workings were observed at multiple locations across an approximately 3.7 km-wide structural corridor, with individual quartz veins traced for up to 450 m along strike. The continuity and geometry of these structures remain untested by drilling.
● Follow-up work will focus on systematic mapping and sampling to refine targets for potential drill testing, subject to technical review and funding.
Keith Coughlan, Director of Tomahawk, commented: "These high-grade surface results provide an encouraging first indication of the potential at Saturn. During the site visit, we observed extensive quartz veining and historical workings across several prospect areas. The next phase will focus on systematic follow-up sampling, geological mapping and the preparation of drill targets to test the extent and continuity of mineralisation."
As announced on 3 June 2026, the Company completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Saturn Gold Project. The project comprises exploration licence E77/2914, covering four blocks in Western Australia near the Koolyanobbing iron ore operations. As noted in the Company's announcement of 1 July 2026, historical records report a production grade of approximately 12 g/t Au. The Company has not independently verified this historical figure.
Keith Coughlan, the Company's Perth-based Director, and Macgregor Vidler, Exploration Specialist at Dingo Prospecting and technical adviser to the Company, completed an on-ground mapping and rock-chip sampling programme across the Saturn licence. Thirty-two samples were collected and submitted to Intertek Genalysis in Maddington, Western Australia, an independent NATA-accredited laboratory, for analysis.
Of the 32 primary rock-chip samples, 27 returned Au above the laboratory detection limit of 0.005 ppm (equivalent to 0.005 g/t), 15 returned at least 0.5 g/t Au and six returned more than 5 g/t Au. Gold was analysed by 50 g fire assay with an ICP-OES finish (laboratory method FA50/OE). Primary results above 5 g/t Au are presented below; the complete set of primary Au results is provided in Appendix 1.

The location map above shows the distribution of sampled prospect areas within exploration licence E77/2914. The map presents Au results by grade category; primary results are shown except for TRC0011, which is labelled with the 44.853 g/t Au repeat assay result.
● Historical workings occur along structurally controlled, iron-oxide-rich quartz veins, with trace sulphides observed in selected rock-chip samples.
● Multiple subparallel, north-south-trending quartz veins were mapped across the prospect. Based on records reviewed by the Company, these structures remain largely untested by drilling.
● Previously unrecorded historical workings were identified in the northwestern part of the project, where they target east-west-trending quartz veins.
● Quartz veining and associated historical workings were observed at multiple locations across an approximately 3.7 km-wide structural corridor. Individual quartz veins within the corridor have been traced for up to 450 m along strike. The continuity, geometry and distribution of gold mineralisation across the corridor remain inadequately tested using modern exploration methods.
● Historical trenching, costeans and shallow workings were identified across three discrete prospect areas.
Taken together, the mapped structural controls, quartz-vein-hosted mineralisation and assay results are considered consistent with an orogenic-style gold system. Planned follow-up exploration will test and refine this geological interpretation.
The Company is reviewing the results with its technical advisers to prioritise systematic follow-up mapping and sampling. Subject to technical review and funding, this work will support the definition of targets for potential drill testing of the untested vein systems. Further updates will be provided as the programme progresses.
