DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

In accordance with s324 to s328 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the
Company was notified today that as a result of a gift, in aggregate, of 1,890
shares, representing 0.02 percent of the issued share capital, to the minor
children of Mr Andrew Thorpe, Chairman of the Company, he is now interested in a
total of 2,786,899 shares representing 23.46 percent of the issued share
capital.
