on 5 December 2005 from Goldman Sachs International that as at 1 December 2005,
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., by attribution only, was interested in 7,148,087 
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 3.18%
of the issued ordinary share capital.
