on 6 July 2006 from Goldman Sachs International that as at 4 July 2006, The
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., by attribution only, was interested in 7,266,102
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 3.15 % of
the issued ordinary share capital.
