TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification

on 3 December 2009 from Blackrock Inc ("Blackrock") that on 1 December 2009, Blackrock were interested in 27,260,599 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect interest in 11.75% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights breaching the 11% threshold from 21,647,701 shares (9.54%) announced on 20 October 2009.

On 1 December 2009, the Barclays Global Investors ("BGI") business was acquired by Blackrock. The combined holdings of Blackrock following this acquisition triggered this disclosure requirement.
