The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Patrick Firth as non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2026.

Patrick Firth is an experienced non-executive director with considerable technical and industry knowledge gained from more than 30 years of experience in the Investment Funds Sector, as a Chartered Accountant and auditor and subsequently as a senior executive in third party fund administration and as a non-executive director of investment funds and management companies including those with a premium listing in London and on the AIM market. He is a Director and Audit Committee Chairman of three London-listed investment companies having pursued a career as a non-executive director for over 15 years. Patrick was formerly Managing Director of two third party fund administration companies. He has been an active participant in industry bodies as a representative of finance sector groups and a member of Government committees during his time in Guernsey. He is currently a non-executive director of VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc, CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC and India Capital Growth Fund Limited.
