Following the announcement on 11 March 2026 of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2025, the Company announces that it has published the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts ("2025 Annual Report") on the Company's website: https://www.tggplc.com/.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 R, the 2025 Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company confirms that, in compliance with DTR 6.3.5 R (1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, is available in unedited full text within the 2025 Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and in compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3) is available on the Company's website (see above).
