Fulcrum Pharma plc (AIM: FUL), the professional services company, announces that at yesterday’s annual general meeting, all resolutions were duly passed.

As previously announced, Sir Charles George retired at the meeting both as Chairman and from the Board and Grahame Cook, who was appointed to the board on 2 September 2008, was appointed Chairman.
