The Directors have agreed that the Company will pay an interim dividend of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six-month period to 30 September 2025. The dividend will be payable on 30 January 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 December 2025. The ex-dividend date is 18 December 2025.
