The Company (AQSE: TECH), is pleased to advise that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company will now proceed with the registration of the amendments to its memorandum and articles of association to give effect to the Share Increase and the change of the Company's name to Ubuntu Mining and Metals, Inc. The re-designation of its website is advancing, and the appointment of two executive directors will take place imminently.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
