T Clarke plc - Notifiable Interest

The  Company  has been notified today that following  the
recent listing  of  533,980  new  ordinary  shares   in
connection  with the acquisition of H & C Moore  Limited,
Framlington  Innovative  Growth  Trust  PLC   now   holds
1,000,000 ordinary shares representing 7.80 per  cent  of
the issued share capital of T. Clarke plc.
