TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC Bank", or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Peel Hunt LLP.

 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 55,825,154 ordinary shares in issue of which none are held in Treasury.
