Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company")

Grant of options to Executive Directors (Pete Redfern and James Jordan) under the Company's 2004 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme")

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 R, the Company is pleased to announce that Pete Redfern, Group Chief Executive; and James Jordan, Group Legal Director & Company Secretary, have today been granted options to purchase 1p Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's 5-year Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 24.04p, as detailed below. The Sharesave Scheme is an "all employee" share plan available to all UK employees subject to qualifying conditions.
