Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA support services group announces that it has been notified that, Lothar Mentel, Chief Investment Officer, has exercised options over 19,500 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the 2017 EMI Scheme (the "Option Shares").  To satisfy the option exercise, 19,500 Ordinary Shares are to be awarded from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).

Following this transaction, Lothar Mentel is interested in 1,370,942 Ordinary Shares representing 2.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
