Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces that it has been notified that Simon Bragg, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 June  2026.

As a result, Simon Bragg, is now interested in a total of 1,102,471 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.0% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital carrying voting rights.

The information below, set out in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.

*This figure includes 7,500 Ordinary Shares not previously included in Mr Bragg's reported shareholding, which relates to shares purchased in the market by Mr Bragg in 2024, prior to his appointment as a director of the Company.
