Talon Resources plc (AIM: TAR), the North American gold exploration company, announces that Marcus Yeoman, Non-Executive Chairman, has transferred 2,614,657 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company from his consulting company, Springtime Consultants Ltd, to his pension.   

Following the transfer, the beneficial shareholding of Marcus Yeoman remains unchanged.
