Contract win with the Scouts Association ("Scouts")

SysGroup plc ("SysGroup" or the "Group"), a provider of managed IT services and cloud solutions, is pleased to announce that it has signed a new three-year agreement with Scouts, the UK's largest youth movement, to deliver managed network services. The new agreement follows a competitive tender process and includes an expanded range of services.

Under the contract, SysGroup will continue to support Scouts' national network infrastructure, providing enhanced visibility, assurance and operational oversight across its estate. The engagement builds on the long-standing relationship between the two organisations and reflects Scouts' confidence in SysGroup's delivery capability and consultative approach. The contract was assessed and delivered using SysGroup's visibility-led operating model, which provides a comprehensive view of customer environments to support effective decision-making, risk management and service delivery.

Jason Mason, Head of Technology & Digital for Scouts commented:

"Scouts is pleased to be continuing its network journey with SysGroup. As the UK's largest youth movement, we have recently signed a new three-year agreement for managed network services, with an expanded range of services now under SysGroup's care. Following a thorough tender process, SysGroup demonstrated a strong understanding of our organisation, our values and our requirements in supporting young people and volunteers across England."

Simon Kirkup, CTO of SysGroup, commented:

"Our expanded engagement with Scouts is an example of how SysGroup is evolving its operating model to place visibility, automation and intelligence at the centre of service delivery. By developing a deep understanding of a customer's environment upfront, we are able to reduce risk, accelerate delivery and build long-term partnerships. This approach is increasingly underpinned by the use of data and AI-driven insight, and we look forward to expanding on this strategy further at our year-end result."
