Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces that it was notified on 3 March 2026 that on the same day Mrs Kate Kempster, wife of and person closely associated ("PCA") to Mr Jon Kempster, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 185.00 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Kempster's interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
