Change of Accounting Reference Date

Supersearch Plus PLC (AQSE: SSP) announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 June to 31 December with immediate effect. The change is being made to align the year ends of companies within the Group.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, Supersearch's reporting timetable will be as follows:

·    Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 June 2025, no later than 30 September 2025. 

·    Publication of audited accounts for the 18 months to 31 December 2025, no later than 30 June 2026.
