DIRECTORS' DEALING

Sunrise Resources plc wishes to announce that a Non-Executive Director of the Company, Mr James Cole, has today transferred 72,533,764 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.93% of the Company's issued share capital, to a private limited company, Buckeridge Limited, in which he is the sole shareholder. Mr Cole retains 100 ordinary shares registered in his own name.
