Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, announces that it was notified that on 30 April 2026, Frank Atkinson, MD, Recruitment GB sold 56,818 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.43 per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Frank Atkinson has a resulting notifiable interest in 304,310 Ordinary Shares.
