On 16 July 2008, Michael Averill, Non Executive Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 5,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price per share of 411.2p. Following this transaction Mr Averill has an interest of 5,000 Shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
