Spectra Systems, a leading supplier of authentication technology for banknotes, brand authentication and tax stamps, is delighted to report that it has significantly expanded its patent estate for its breakthrough banknote cleaning technology , AerisTM.
During the last several months, the Company has either been issued with, granted or received notices of allowance on two new USA patents focused on the apparatus claims as well as patents on the basic process in the Philippines, Singapore, Turkmenistan, South Africa, Nigeria, and the l'Organisation Africaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OAPI). The OAPI is a central issuing authority for the French speaking countries of Benin, Burkina-Faso, Cameroon, Comoros, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, and Togo.
