15 October 2026 - SkinBioTherapeutics plc, (AIM: SBTX), the life science business focused on skin health, announces that its registered office address will change with effect from 16 October 2026 to Unit 75, Windmill Works, Warfield Road, Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate, Driffield, East Yorkshire YO25 9FQ.
The change follows a review of the Company's office requirements ahead of the renewal of its existing lease at The Core in Newcastle. With the Company's UK-based team now operating across a wider geographical area, the Board has taken the opportunity to reassess its office requirements to better reflect the evolving needs of the business and has decided not to renew the lease.
The decision is consistent with the Company's ongoing commitment to maintaining a disciplined approach to its cost base and ensuring that its operational structure remains efficient and appropriate for the business.
