Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory, and managed security services group, announces that it intends to release its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2025 on the Tuesday, 17 March 2026.

Phil Higgins, CEO, and Jonathan Hall, CFO, will host an investor presentation relating to the results on Tuesday 17 March at 12pm, via the Investor Meet Company platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am on 17 March 2026, or at any time during the live presentation.
