Director's comment

Vivek Seth, Chief Executive Officer of Shaires, said:

"Anthropic and Stripe represent exactly the calibre of companies we want at the core of Shaires: category-defining businesses with exceptional technology, scale and long-term growth potential.

"Anthropic is operating at the frontier of artificial intelligence, while Stripe is increasingly becoming part of the economic infrastructure through which the AI economy operates. The pace of innovation and execution at both businesses continues to be remarkable.

"Since Shaires announced the proposed investments, both companies have continued to announce significant developments that further highlight their extraordinary momentum.

"These investments demonstrate precisely what we established Shaires to do: give public-market investors access to exceptional private companies that have historically been difficult to own."
